MARCH 11, 2010 /from the Stanford Who's Who blog/ -- Will springtime ever come is a question often asked while standing out in the windy, frigid air of winter. We anticipate the birds chirping at the crack of dawn, as the sun rises at an earlier time and the frost disappears from our windshields as well as our minds. Spending time outside becomes a welcome relief after being stuck inside our constructed caves, staring out the window just waiting to see those flowers bloom.

Well now it is almost here. Soon we shall smell the scent of those glorious, beautiful budding flowers and witness our lawns as they regain their color in a gorgeous green. We will be able to venture outside without a jacket and gloves to enjoy the air as it warms us up inside and out.

Spring cleaning is just around the corner as it is time to break away from your hibernation and experience a clean slate. It is time to begin again and take care of the things we neglect in the dreary, cold winter. It is time to build out in the fresh, warm springtime air.
